At Clementine Sleepwear, we want you to feel as comfortable in our products as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original silk pouch and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the fabric is free of perfumes or marks.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
